These terms of use apply to all mobile apps by viewmedia published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, in particular Wengla and NEO Blocks – hereinafter "apps". By installing and using an app you accept these terms. Not every feature described here is included in every app. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

Your contractual partner for using the apps is viewmedia. The terms of the respective app store (Apple or Google) additionally apply to downloads and the billing of purchases.

Some apps show advertising, including optional ad videos that grant a reward. If a video is aborted or no ad is available, there is no entitlement to the reward. Details on advertising partners are in the privacy policy.

The tournament terms of participation additionally apply to tournaments and events in Wengla. Prizes are virtual only; there are no cash prizes and no payout.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. For free features we are otherwise liable only for intent and gross negligence. We accept no liability for the loss of virtual content due to a device change without account linking, deletion of the app, or a breach of these terms.

14. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
