The board is packed with tiles — only a few cells stay free.
The tile slides into the free cell — move by move, order emerges.
Fill the target shape in one color — and gild the whole Inca Year, piece by piece.
Solve a floor in the ideal number of moves and earn three stars. Over 3,100 hand-built floors, each with a known optimal solution — no puzzle without a way out.
Three grades, one tower
Three free cells. A relaxed start with plenty of room to maneuver.
Two free cells, bigger boards, more moves to reach the shape.
A single free cell. Every tile has to pass through that one gap.
The floors build on each other: boards from 5×5 to 8×8, target shapes grow larger and later split into two parts.
The collection goal
Twelve month symbols and the sun Inti rest on the calendar disc.
Every ten solved floors, one small fragment turns to gold. Once a symbol is fully gilded, a special symbol floor with double gold awaits. Gild the whole disc and you have completed the Inca Year.
